Our offices are located at 4144 North Central Expressway Suite
450 Dallas, TX 75204. It
is located on the east side of central expressway (north-bound service road)
between Fitzhugh and Haskell.
Parking
Information:
Patients can park behind the building in the "visitor parking" and it is FREE! Proceed
to the elevators and go to the 4th floor. We will be right off the elevators
to the right or left depending on which of the four elevator bank you come up
on.
Please check with the Security Guard located in the lobby if you have any questions.
